ORIGIN has always maintained a policy of open disclosure with regard to the company’s policies and operations. In a bid to ensure greater transparency and accountability to our clients, in 2010, ORIGIN set out to achieve the CaseTrust Gold accreditation to ensure that we hold ourselves to higher standards in customer satisfaction and service.

ORIGIN decided to undergo stringent accreditation by CaseTrust, the accreditation arm of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) as we are committed to improving internal processes to meet higher standards of customer service and will continue to offer excellent service standards in implementing our innovative solutions.

The CaseTrust Gold award, which is the premier tier of the CaseTrust Accreditation Scheme, means we are dedicated to accountability and transparency, and we are committed to continuing our efforts in this area.

ORIGIN also conducts a yearly customer survey in order to better understand service gaps where they exist. This allows us to improve our services and processes to better meet the needs of our clients. The results of this survey are also shared among our staff so as to ensure that all employees are on board this effort towards better service standards.
