Why are Rodents Important?
Rodents, and in particularly Rats, can pose a serious threat to the health and safety of people and property. Rats are known vectors of disease such as the Bubonic plague, Rat Bite Fever and Leptospirosis. Aside from the spreading of diseases, they also cause other problems for people and businesses. Foodstuffs can become contaminated and must be disposed of, due to the presence of rodent urine and faeces, whilst economic damage to goods and property is common due to a rodent's continual need to gnaw. This gnawing behaviour can even result in fires and blackouts when electrical wires are affected. Lastly, Rats are an unsightly pest and can give a very bad impression to customers and visitors.

We provide training to our customers and educate them not only to what we have done, but to what they can do also. These education and training programs are very beneficial to staff, cleaners and managers, or even individual home owners.

Detailed reports are also provided in the event that recommendations and observations have been made, for example if housekeeping or structural changes are needed.
