Consisting of graduates hailing from various disciplines, the department handles varied tasks from identifying pest samples to developing comprehensive, detailed pest management programmes and solutions, customised to meet the idiosyncratic needs of each individual client.

The department handles the process from start to finish, beginning with the genesis of new ideas, followed by the formulation of systems, and finally carrying out the field testing of all potential programmes and solutions before they are pushed out to market. This ensures that ORIGIN continues to be at the forefront of tropical pest management, through this consistent effort to innovate and adapt spest control solutions to the regional landscape and climate.

Quality Assurance
This department is the key liaison point which ensures client satisfaction, and helps ORIGIN maintain consistently high standards of service quality and efficacy. Comprising of Quality Assurance Executives, each with their own area of specialisation, the department allows us to keep abreast of pest issues on site.

In the interest of ensuring greater adaptability, all executives in this department are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge to facilitate troubleshooting on site, as well as implementation of new systems and programs for pest management.
